The Turnkey Accelerator Program, offered by Residual Ecom, is a consulting program designed to assist individuals in establishing and expanding a successful Amazon wholesale business.

By participating in the Turnkey Accelerator Program offered by Residual Ecom, you grant Residual Ecom the right to use your photographs and materials for marketing and promotional purposes.

Residual Ecom expects users to refrain from engaging in conduct or communication that may disparage the Service, its users, or affiliates.
11. Assignment and Modification
You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent. Residual Ecom reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated Terms.

Residual Ecom may terminate your access to the Service at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Florida.
14. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Residual Ecom. Any provisions that are held to be invalid will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and the Company.
